Foam Roof

Foam roof installation is typically for flat roofs, mobile homes, or manufactured homes. Foam is sprayed on the sloped or flat roof and then it expands to fill the crack or hole to any vulnerable area. If you are planning to hire a roofing contractor to spray your commercial building or home with foam – be sure to learn about the process, cost and material. Before spraying on a foam roof we will have to get rid of all the old roofing. That means roof demolition. Once we get rid of all the old roofing material and scrape everything down to the wood sheathing, we clean the surface and begin laying down new underlayment.

It is environmentally friendly and is renewable, making it eco-friendly. A foam roof lasts 10-20-years, can be re-coated over and over again without demolition, provides excellent protection against UV-rays, the elements and is not as expensive as asphalt shingles or tile. Spray foam is the best option for older and flat roofs because of its’ ability to conform to non or irregular corners and shapes.
